Spoiler about that lady Heroshe will become reasonable in the future, she goes from "i must kill the Demon King to save humanity" to "i must reach the Demon King and ask him until im satisfied" kind of behaviour. It was actually quite nice when i read the manga.

hmm, the Maou (demon king/lord is genderless in Japanese linguistics) happens to be female, so that first one could prove rather interesting.
